Terms of Service

Welcome to Olympus Optics. By accessing our digital photography courses, you're agreeing to be bound by these local New York regulations and standard educational agreements.

Haven't read these yet? You'll need to confirm these at the checkout. Don't worry, we keep it simple for our students. Our goal is clarity over legalese.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your learning experience. If our Beginner Digital Photography Course doesn't meet your expectations within the first 14 days, you're eligible for a full refund—provided you haven't completed more than 20% of the syllabus.

"Why do we have a progress limit? Because we value the 17 years of professional expertise baked into our tutorials. Fairness works both ways!"

Your Creative Rights

Who owns the photos you take during our workshops? You do. Full stop. We don't claim ownership of any student work created during the course.

However, by submitting work to our critique galleries, you grant Olympus Optics a non-exclusive license to display your imagery for educational purposes within the student community. We'll always ask permission before using your shots for marketing!

We protect your student records like our own high-res RAW files.
